We guarantee that every cigar purchase from Cigars-Now will arrive fresh and undamaged.  If you receive damaged materials, we ask that you contact us immediately.  We will quickly replace the item.

We guarantee accessories for 30 days. Manufacturer’s warranties apply beyond 30 days.

Any returned item must be sent back in its original package, box or bundle. Shipping charges are not refundable. You must call for a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Returns are subject to a 10-20% restocking fee depending on the item.
